What action or actions are you committing to for the coming year to release more of your potential?

As a trainer I'm always interested in what my peers are doing and how to improve my own skills. I read avidly but constantly strive to apply anything that inspires me to my life and work.

What are you doing in the coming year to help others release more of their potential?

I'm the co-founder of a concept called MojoLife, which is about helping people find purpose and passion in their work. We're now getting opportunities to present our philosophy in places like the UK Cabinet Office and one of our ambitions is to speak at the TED conference. The MojoLife philosophy is based around tapping into people's potential and helping them find an outlet for it.

Who is supporting you in your quest to release potential?

We have associate trainers, a great contact in the Cabinet Office and a strong and vibrant following in the NW of England.

Are they members at this site or have you invited them?

Not sure they know of it yet, but I'll remedy that!
