- Working hard as an ambassador and fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to spread the word on releasing potential.
Writing frequent articles on the subject of releasing potential and transformation in response to requests.
Completing my book on "Talent Liberation" (done in July 2010) and starting a new one on Transformation (started August 2010).
Speaking at least twenty times in the coming year on releasing potential and transformation (on track).
Coaching clients in releasing their potential and that of their people.

Hope you are having a great time in Argentina. I've had a Eureka moment in the last week since seeing you speak about Dzukani in Newcastle and have decided to focus on speaking about my message "If I Can, So Can You". RIchard McCann has kindly agreed to mentor me.
"If I Can, So Can You" has so much in association with Dzukani, that I look forward to promoting you and your work in parallel as we discussed in the past.

The dissertation is about employees' engagement - more specifically I wish to evaluate Demartini's method about self-empowerment and how it would fit within a business context - whether it is currently suitable and "fit for purpose".
