I am in the process of leaving my current job and starting up my own business specialising in developing/inspiring people, both as individuals and in teams. I need to utilise my knowledge and experience, and to learn more of how to use it for the benefit of myself and others.

What are you doing in the coming year to help others release more of their potential?

Through stimulating and supporting people and organisations with personal development planning, and finding ways to inspire them to greater success.
